Slow desiccation at room temperature allows plenty of time for natural processes to release nutrients in the leaf, and the resulting teas are brimming with antioxidants. Birt&Tang's blend of white tea with blackcurrant complements the smooth, subtle taste of the tea with tart berry flavours. It is certified by the Organic Food Federation.
